Kay Westerfield and Ron Severson
The IBC Program was established in 1996 by Ron Severson, Senior Instructor UO Lundquist College of Business, and Kay Westerfield, Senior Instructor UO American English Institute.
Ron Severson continues to teach in the program, while Kay Westerfield retired from teaching in 2015.
Sherie Henderson, who has worked internationally throughout her life, has settled down at the UO to teach IBC courses!
